Open Positions: 

Tenure-Track Faculty

New England Law | Boston invites applications from candidates for tenure-track assistant professor positions to begin in the fall 2025 semester.  We seek to hire individuals who are interested in teaching foundational courses, particularly Civil Procedure, Contracts, Property, and Torts, and upper-level courses in the areas of Administrative Law, Business Organizations, Commercial Law, Family Law, and Tax Law.   Applicants must possess a J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school or an equivalent degree, and must demonstrate a commitment to excellent teaching and strong scholarly potential. Visiting Professor of Practice 

New England Law | Boston is currently accepting applications for the position of Visiting Professor of Practice for the 2025-2026 academic year.  Visiting Professors of Practice will be expected to teach four courses in the academic year, at least one of which will be a core course, and to participate in all aspects of the New England Law community, in particular programs aimed at students’ experiential and professional development.  Visiting Professors of Practice are expected to be in full-time residence at New England Law. Faculty Fellow

New England Law | Boston is currently accepting applications for the position of New England Law Faculty Fellow.  The law school anticipates hiring multiple fellows for the 2025-2026 academic year. Fellows teach three courses in the academic year, one or two of which are core courses.  Fellows receive mentoring and guidance in teaching, research, and scholarship from New England Law faculty and participate in all aspects of the New England Law community.  Fellows will receive research support, including research and travel funds.  Fellows are expected to be in full-time residence during the fellowships. Assistant Director of Financial Aid 

Under the general supervision of the Director of Financial Aid, the Assistant Director of Financial Aid supports critical functions within the Office of Financial Aid, contributing to the success of the student financial aid program at New England Law. The Assistant Director oversees the work-study program, veterans’ benefits program and communications.  The Assistant Director advises students and parents on the application for loans or scholarships and has knowledge of available federal and private financial aid programs. Overall responsibility includes verifying the information in financial aid applications, monitoring annual and as-needed reviews of merit and SAP eligibility, and ensuring the compliance of the law school with all federal, state, institutional regulations and policies.
